River and Mercantile Group PLC ("the Company") announces that Robin Minter-Kemp, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has notified the Company of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 30 June 2019, being the end of the Company's 2018/19 financial year. The Company has commenced its search for Robin's successor.
