Investor Presentation

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2020 on 18 March 2021 and will hold its Annual General Meeting on 20 April 2021.

The Company also announces that it will provide an update on trading for the quarter ending 31 March 2021 on 14 April 2021.

Stuart Last, Chief Executive Officer and Brad Clarke, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation in relation to the Q1 Trading Update via the Investor Meet Company platform on 20 April 2021 at 4.00 p.m. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. Management may not be in a position to answer every question it receives but will address those it can while remaining within the confines of information already disclosed to the market.
