Thames Water Utilities Limited announcesresults of the Third Consent Requests

 

Thames Water Utilities Limited ("TWUL") announced today that the Third Consent Requests have been approved with creditors holding:

1. over 96% actively voting in favour of a waiver in respect of the Appeal Condition; and

2. over 94% actively voting in favour of the remaining requests in the Third Consent Request.
