On 28 September 2018 the extraordinary shareholders meeting of PJSC Tatneft held by proxy voting resolved to pay the dividends based on the results for the 6 months of 2018 in the amount of 30.27 Rubles per each preferred and ordinary share (3027% of nominal value of each share) in cash and set 12 October 2018 as the date on which persons entitled to receive the dividends based on the 6 months 2018 results shall be determined.
