Croma Security Solutions Group plc (the "Company") announces that the interim results for its recently acquired subsidiary companies, CSS Total Security Limited, CSS Locksmiths Limited and Alarm Bell Company Limited (together the "CSS Companies") for the six months ended 31 December 2011 are available on the Company's website at www.cssgroupplc.com.

The results are supplementary to the information contained in the Company's admission document dated 1 March 2012 which included financial information for the CSS Companies for the 12 month period ended 30 June 2011.
