Results of Shareholders Meeting
At a shareholders meeting held today (the "Meeting"), the shareholders of Digital Landscape Group, Inc.(the "Company") approved a Delaware law governed certificate of incorporation (the "Charter"), in the form tabled at the Meeting, and resolved that it be adopted and effective upon the Company's intended redomiciliation to Delaware. The full text of the resolution has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism.
