Completion of Sale of Imagination Technologies Group plc shares by Intel Foundation

J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) ("J.P. Morgan Cazenove") announces that it has placed 13,396,664 existing ordinary 10 pence shares of Imagination Technologies Group plc (the "Company") on behalf of Intel Foundation, representing approximately 4.9% of the issued share capital of the Company (the "Placing"). The Placing was priced at 245 pence per ordinary share, equating to gross proceeds of approximately £32.8 million for Intel Foundation. Following completion of the Placing, neither Intel Foundation nor Intel Capital hold any shares in the Company.
