Results of Placing

Bellzone Mining plc ("Bellzone" or the "Company") (AIM: BZM) announces the successful completion of the placing announced on 15 January 2016 (the "Placing").

A total of 339,198,000 new ordinary shares of no par value (the "Placing Shares") have been placed with Hudson Global Group Limited ("Hudson") at a price of 0.398113 pence per share, raising net proceeds of approximately £1.35 million. As a result of completion of the Placing, Hudson now holds 910,222,179 of the Company's ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 62.4% of the voting rights in the Company.

The Placing Shares, which have now been issued, are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, including the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the date of issue. The Placing Shares have today been admitted to trading on the AIM Market.

Following completion of the Placing, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,469,858,383 Ordinary Shares, of which 11,005,130 Ordinary Shares are held by the Company in treasury.

Therefore, as at 21 January 2016, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,458,778,253. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
