Results of Partial Capital Return

BH Global Limited (the "Company") (a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Guernsey with registered number 48555) 1 July 2015 Results of Partial Capital Return The Board of BH Global Limited announces the results of the partial capitalreturn which closed on 26 June 2015. In total, the following numbers of each class of the Company's shares shall beredeemed and cancelled pursuant to the partial capital return effective on 3July 2015 at the following redemption price per class of shares: Number of shares redeemed Redemption price per share Sterling shares 529,868 £13.7770 US Dollar shares 135,544 $13.5749 The aggregate number of shares tendered for each share class exceeded theamount of shares available for redemption. Accordingly, as described in thecircular to shareholders dated 27 May 2015, elections by shareholders toparticipate in the partial capital return in excess of their respectiveRedemption Entitlement Percentages (as such term is defined in the circular)have been scaled back so that the following percentage of each such excessapplication rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares has beenaccepted in respect of the relevant class of shares: Sterling shares 1.901390 per cent. US Dollar shares 1.630834 per cent. Redemption proceeds are anticipated to be dispatched to shareholders in theweek commencing 6 July 2015.
