Result of Open Offer - Clarification

The Result of Open Offer announcement issued earlier today incorrectly stated that none of the Directors other than Yat Hoi Ning and Yuan Ching Hu hold Ordinary Shares. Following the announcement of 15 September 2015, Scott Morrison, a non-executive director, holds 6,960,001 ordinary shares but was prohibited from participating in the Open Offer as he was not a Qualifying Shareholder at the Record Date. The remainder of the Result of Open Offer announcement remains extant.
