Results of Meeting and Supplemental Trust Instrument
Lean Hogs Micro Securities, ETFS Lean Hogs Individual Securities, ETFS All Commodities Index Securities, ETFS Ex-Energy Index Securities the ETFS Livestock Index Securities (the "Affected Securities").
Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 10 October 2014 and 5 November 2014 in relation to meetings of the holders of the Affected Securities, notice is hereby given that at the adjourned meeting held on 20 November 2014 the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting for the holders of the Affected Securities (the "Extraordinary Resolution") was duly passed by the requisite majority.
By a Supplemental Trust Instrument between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. (as trustee on behalf of the holders of Commodity Securities) dated 24 November 2014 (the "Supplemental Trust Instrument") certain changes to the conditions of the Affected Securities have been made.
The changes, approved by the Extraordinary Resolution, are the reduction in the principal amounts of each Affected Security, as a result of the reduction in the principal amount of each Lean Hogs Micro Security to US$0.00000011. Accordingly, the principal amount of the other Affected Securities is reduced as detailed in the Supplemental Trust Instrument and as described below:
