ETFS Daily Leveraged All Commodities Index Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Energy Index Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Heating Oil Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Lean Hogs Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Natural Gas Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Nickel Individual Securities, ETFS Daily Leveraged Petroleum Index Securities and ETFS Daily Leveraged Sugar Individual Securities (the "Affected Securities").

Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited on 22 May 2015 and 19 June 2015, in relation to meetings of the holders of the Affected Securities, notice is hereby given that at adjourned meetings held on 3 July 2015, the Extraordinary Resolution set out in each Notice of Meeting for each class of Affected Securities was duly passed by the requisite majority.
