ALPHA REAL TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA REAL TRUST" OR THE "COMPANY")

Alpha Real Trust notes the result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Industrial Multi Property Trust PLC ("IMPT") which was announced on 19 January 2017.

The Board of Alpha Real Trust notes that the resolutions proposed by Alpha Real Trust were not passed. Alpha Real Trust looks forward to continuing to work with IMPT and its board of directors in the interests of all IMPT shareholders.
