The Board of Mission Capital PLC (AIM: MCAP.L), the holding company of Quindell Limited is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting ("GM") held today were duly passed.

Following approval of the relevant resolution at the GM, the Company's name will be changed to Quindell Portfolio Plc on Monday 18 July 2011. The Company's ISIN will remain as GB00B0R5TG60 and the EPIC will trade on AIM as QPP.L as from 8.00am on 18 July 2011.
