Results of General Meeting
Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trust Nos 1-10 plc advises that the Special Resolution to wind up the Company proposed at its General Meeting held today at 12:00pm did not pass on a show of hands. Resolution 1 was defeated as a Special Resolution and is reported in accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.18. Resolutions 2 & 3 were withdrawn.
The following proxy votes were cast:

against Resolution 1.
3. A vote "withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of the votes "for" and "against" a resolution.
