Results of General Meeting ('GM')
On 3 April 2009 the Company announced that it had raised £1.5 million, before expenses, through the subscription of 18,750,000 redeemable convertible cumulative non-voting preference shares of 8p each by InTechnology plc, the Company's principal shareholder (the 'Subscription'). The Subscription was conditional upon the passing of the resolutions detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 3 April 2009, which included resolutions to create additional redeemable convertible cumulative non-voting preference shares and to amend the rights attaching to such shares (the 'Resolutions').
The Company announces that at the GM held today, all of the Resolutions were duly passed.
