Results of General Meeting

Avocet Mining Plc (the "Company") confirms that the General Meeting convened by the Company on 28 June 2019 (the "General Meeting") was held earlier today at 11.00 a.m.

As announced by the Company on 16 July 2019, the Company had previously withdrawn both the Special Resolution and the Ordinary Resolution originally proposed to be voted on at the General Meeting. Accordingly, there being no business to conduct, the General Meeting was closed without any resolutions being put to a vote.
