Results of General Meeting
At the General Meeting of Gulfsands Petroleum PLC ("Gulfsands" or the "Company") held on Tuesday 3rd February 2015, all resolutions were defeated except for Resolution 2, the removal of Ken Judge as Commercial Director, which was approved.
The Company will provide an update on future strategy in due course.
