Results of General Meeting
Tungsten West (LON:TUN), the mining company focused on restarting production at the Hemerdon tungsten and tin mine ("Hemerdon" or the "Project") in Devon, UK, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held today.
Following the passing of the resolutions, the Company will proceed with the allotment and issue of the B Shares and the implementation of the long-term incentive plan, as described in the circular published on 14 January 2026 (the "Circular").
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
