MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd ('MGC Pharma' or 'the Company') would like to announce the results from the company's General Meeting held today, 12 August 2021, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2.

Please note that all resolutions put to the meeting were voted by poll, with all resolutions carried by a clear majority.
