Results of Fusion General Meeting
IP Group, the university intellectual property commercialisation company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were approved today at the Fusion General Meeting.
Completion of the transaction announced on the 9 November 2009 is now subject only to Admission, which is expected to occur tomorrow (3 December 2009).
Capitalised terms used (but not defined) in this announcement have the same meanings as in the announcement made on 9 November 2009 unless the context requires otherwise.
