MHP SE (LSE: MHPC), the parent company of a leading international agro-industrial group with headquarters in Ukraine, today announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders ("Meeting"), 16-18, Zinas Kanther Street, Ayia Triada, 3035 Limassol, Cyprus on the 24th day of March 2020 at 9.00 am the resolution was adopted as Ordinary Resolution.
The only question on the agenda of the Meeting was to appoint of Mr. Philip J Wilkinson OBE as an additional Director of the Company.
