CHANGE OF NAME TO NATURE GROUP PLC
Nature Technology Solutions Limited (the "Company"), the oil waste treatment and port waste reception Group, held its Extraordinary General Meeting today and all resolutions were duly passed.
Accordingly, the change of name to Nature Group PLC is expected to take effect with the London Stock Exchange on or around 24 March 2009.
The Company's ISIN will remain as JE00B3B5FZ40, however, the TIDM code will change to NGR.L.
