Results of EGM

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited (LSE/AIM: KUBC) (the "Company") announces the results of the vote on the Ordinary Resolution at the EGM held earlier today:

* Percentage of votes cast excludes 9,158,759 abstained votes.

In accordance with the circular dated 12 December 2012, the Company also announces the resignation of Michel Casselman, Pravin Gandhi and Kumar Mahadeva from the Board with immediate effect.

Martin Adams, Chairman of the Board, said, "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank shareholders for their continued support regarding the future direction of the Company. I also wish to express the Board's sincere thanks to Michel Casselman, Pravin Gandhi, and Kumar Mahadeva for their invaluable advice and assistance as board members during their tenure."
