Results of the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting
PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN) announces the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders ("EGM"), held today, 2 November 2016.
The EGM approved the related party transaction to sign the contract with PJSIC Ingosstrakh for the provision of liability insurance of directors, officers and companies of PJSC TransContainer.
