25 JULY 2012 HOGG ROBINSON GROUP PLC (`HRG' or `the Company') 2012 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate travel services company, today held its Annual General Meeting at The Barcelo Basingstoke Country House Hotel.

All of the Resolutions put to the meeting were approved unanimously on a show of hands. The following is a summary of the votes cast including proxy votes received by the Registrars:
