Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company (the "Company") today announces that it held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of stockholders on 6 June 2013, whereby stockholders were presented with the overview of the Company's 2012 and 2013 business progress as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 24 May 2013.
