Ra'anana, Israel, 24 November 2010: The Board of Emblaze announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions, including the resolution to approve the sale of Emblaze's entire 49.2% holding in Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. to Asseco Poland SA, were duly passed.
