Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Hong Kong, 22 September 2020 - Cathay International Holdings Limited (LSE: CTI.L), an operator and investor in the growing healthcare sector in the People's Republic of China, today announces that at the AGM held earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 28 August 2020 were duly passed. The final poll voting results for each resolution are shown in the table below:

2. A vote 'Withheld' is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes for and against a resolution.
3. The majority required for the passing of the Ordinary Resolutions at the AGM is a simple majority of the total number of votes cast for and against such resolutions. The majority required for the passing of the Special Resolutions at the AGM is 75% of the total number of votes cast for and against such resolutions.
