TORONTO, July 12, 2012 - Canaccord Financial Inc. held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders today and is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed. All directors nominated for the Board have been elected. As such, Canaccord's board of directors now consists of David Kassie, Charles Bralver, Peter Brown, Massimo Carello, William Eeuwes, Michael Harris, Terrence Lyons and Paul Reynolds. Michael Walker was not up for election this year, and is therefore no longer on Canaccord Financial Inc.'s board of directors.
