Result of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General and Special Meeting of Intosol Holdings Plc was held today at 10 AM at the offices Intosol Holdings Plc. to ratify resolutions by proxy voting due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
All seven resolutions put to members were passed, resolutions 1 to 3 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 4 to 7 were passed as special resolutions.
