Results of AGM

Porta Communications Plc (AIM: PTCM) announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 2 p.m. today at Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London, all resolutions put to the meeting as set out in the notice of meeting were duly passed, with the exception of resolutions numbered 5 and 6.

Resolution 5 and 6 were withdrawn at the meeting following shareholder feedback which indicated insufficient support. Resolution 5 related to the power to issue shares for cash and resolution 6 related to the authority to purchase shares (market purchases).
