Result of Annual General Meeting and update on Snow Factor at XSite, Braehead

The Company confirms that, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today, 15 November 2022, the Shareholders voted in favour of the following resolution which was duly passed as follows:

To receive the Company's audited financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2020 together with the related directors' and auditor's report.

Additionally, the Company wishes to announce that, following ongoing legal proceedings which have previously been reported, the Company has today obtained a court order giving the Company and its subsidiaries immediate possession of the Snow Factor premises at XSite, Braehead. XSite remains fully open for business, but the ski slope business will be closed whilst a transition is undertaken. The Company will continue to keep Stockholders notified of any relevant developments on this matter in accordance with applicable law and regulation.
