Results of AGM
RC Fornax (AIM: RCFX), the UK-based consultancy delivering outcome-based engineering solutions to the defence sector's most critical platforms - accredited, in-demand, and built to scale, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Resolutions 1 to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions, and resolutions 12 and 13 were passed as special resolutions. The results of the poll in respect of each resolution were as follows:
