RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Derek Stewart has today resigned from the board of Vitesse Media plc. He will focus upon the delivery of the Group's crowd funding platform. As a result of Mr Stewart's resignation ordinary resolution 4 was withdrawn.

All other resolutions were duly passed.
