Dublin, Ireland - Velti (AIM:VEL), a leader in mobile marketing and advertising technology solutions, announces that all resolutions proposed at both the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, as set out in the notices to shareholders dated 14 July 2010, were duly passed.
