Annual General Meeting and Directorate Changes

CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 6 March 2025, all 14 resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, copies of which are available on the Company's website www.ctcapitalandincome.co.uk.

A summary of proxy votes received will also be available on www.ctcapitalandincome.co.uk.

Following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting, Jane Lewis retired as non-executive Director and Chair of the Company. 

As previously reported within the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, Nicky McCabe will now become Chair of the Company. In addition Patrick Firth will become Senior Independent Director and Christopher Metcalfe Chair of the Management Engagement Committee.

As announced on 7 January 2025, John Blowers will be appointed to the Board and its committees as a non-executive director with effect from 7 March 2025.
