CATHAY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LTD.
Results of Annual General Meeting and change of Director's role
Cathay International Holdings Ltd. (LSE: CTI.L) (the "Company"), the London listed company specialising in investment opportunities in the People's Republic of China, announces that, at yesterday's Annual General Meeting all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.
Details of the resolutions are set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders.

Board Changes
It has been agreed that, with effect from 4 June 2010, Mr. Stephen B. Hunt will step down as an executive director of the Company but will remain on the Board as the non-executive deputy chairman of the Company. Mr. Hunt also resigned as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 4 June 2010.
Mr. Wu Zhen Tao has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 4 June 2010.
Mr. Sum Soon Lim, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, commented:
"On behalf of the Cathay Board I would like to thank Stephen for his valued contribution to the Company over many years during his time as an executive director. We are very pleased that the Company will continue to benefit from Stephen's judgement and experience through his new role as non-executive deputy chairman."
