United Drug PLC26 February 2008 United Drug plc Results of AGM and Issue of Shares Dublin and London, Tuesday, 26 February 2008: At the Annual General Meeting ofUnited Drug plc ('United Drug' or the 'Company') held on Tuesday, 26 February2008 in the Conrad Hotel, Dublin 2, all of the resolutions considered and votedupon by the shareholders were approved. The full text of each resolution wasincluded in the notice of the meeting circulated to shareholders on 25 January2008. In accordance with the Listing Rules two copies of the resolutions passed at theAnnual General Meeting have been forwarded to the Irish Stock Exchange and theUK Listing Authority. Pursuant to the Company's final dividend for the year ended 30 September 2007, atotal of 1,258,856 Ordinary Shares of nominal value of €0.05 each in the Companyare being issued in respect of the scrip dividend alternative. Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List of the IrishStock Exchange and the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to theLondon Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading.
