Results of the AGM

Dragon Oil plc (Ticker: DGO), an international oil and gas exploration, development and production company, today held its 2013 Annual General Meeting. All resolutions set out in the Notice of the meeting for the Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. These resolutions were set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, which was posted to shareholders on 28 March 2013 and is available on the Dragon Oil's website, www.dragonoil.com.
