Results of Meeting and Supplemental Trust Instrument

 WTI Crude Oil Micro Securities, ETFS  WTI Crude Oil Individual Securities, ETFS All Commodities Index Securities, ETFS Energy Index Securities, ETFS Petroleum Index Securities and ETFS Ex-Agriculture & Livestock Index Securities (the "Affected Securities").

Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 22 May 2015 and19 June 2015 in relation to meetings of the holders of the Affected Securities, notice is hereby given that at the adjourned meeting held on 3 July 2015 the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting for the holders of the Affected Securities (the "Extraordinary Resolution") was duly passed by the requisite majority. 

By a Supplemental Trust Instrument between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. (as trustee on behalf of the holders of Commodity Securities) dated 3 July 2015 (the "Supplemental Trust Instrument") certain changes to the conditions of the Affected Securities have been made.

The changes, approved by the Extraordinary Resolution, are the reduction in the principal amounts of each Affected Security, as a result of the reduction in the principal amount of each WTI Crude Oil Micro Security to US$0.00000115. Accordingly, the principal amount of the other Affected Securities is reduced as detailed in the Supplemental Trust Instrument and as described below:
