RPS Group PLC23 January 2008 RPS GROUP PLC("RPS" or "the Group") Trading Update and Notification of Preliminary Results Date RPS intends to announce Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2007on 5 March 2008. Consistent with the rest of 2007, RPS had a strong end to trading in the year.All three segments of the Group performed very successfully. As a result, theBoard expects to announce full year profit (before tax and amortisation)somewhat ahead of current consensus forecasts. Conversion of operating profitinto cash continued at a high level. The Group balance sheet at the year endremained strong with borrowings at a comfortable level. Integration of theacquisitions made during the year is proceeding successfully and they aretrading well.
