Results 2012 and Merger Timing Update
Glencore International plc will announce its Preliminary Results 2012 for the 12 months ended 31 December 2012 on Tuesday, 5 March 2013 and provide an update on its expectation of timing of closing its Merger with Xstrata given the on-going regulatory process and the Xstrata Court timetable, it will not now be possible to complete by 15 March 2013.
Glencore will host an investor conference call to discuss the results at 9.30 UK time on Tuesday 5 March. Dial-in details can be found below.
