Result of Warrant Holder Meeting

The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or the "Company") announce the results of the meeting of warrant holders ("Warrant Holders") held today and as announced on 21 August 2015.

The meeting was to approve an amendment to the definition of "Relevant Expiration Date" under the warrant instrument constituting warrants in respect of ordinary shares in the Company ("the Warrants"). The amendment was approved by Warrant Holders which means Warrant Holders now have until 30 October 2015 to exercise their Warrants for ordinary shares in the Company and the Warrants will lapse on 30 October 2015.
