Result of the Digitek loan note holders meeting

PeerTV plc (AIM: PTV) announces that at the meeting of secured loan noteholders of its subsidiary Digitek SMT Assemblies Limited (Digitek) convened yesterday, the resolution regarding the proposed restructuring of Digitek was supported by 73% of the votes cast. However, this fell short of the 75% majority required for the Extraordinary Resolution and consequently the resolution was not adopted.
