Buyback Tender Results
Following the announcement of the Tender Offer on 4 June, 2009 the Board of directors of Dragon - Ukrainian Properties & Development Plc. has reviewed all tender offers received by the Company.
The total amount of shares tendered amounted to 12,644,201. Tendered shares were in the price range of 39.25 p to 43p. The total value of tendered shares was GBP 5,263,832. The board, through written resolution, has approved the buyback of all tendered shares.
All of the tendered shares will be cancelled immediately, following final settlement which is to be completed on Monday, 29 June 2009.
