19 April 2010: The Company (LSE: CTI.L) announces today that at a Special General Meeting of shareholders held today all resolutions required for the implementation of the Flotation and Partial Disposal and the Bye-law Amendments announced on 1 April 2010 were duly passed.
Capitalised terms used (but not defined) in this announcement have the same meanings as in the Circular sent to shareholders on 1 April 2010 unless the context requires otherwise.
