Results of Class Meeting and General Meeting of RDLZ Realisation PLC ("ZDP Co")

Further to the announcement on 3 June 2019 regarding the proposals to bring forward the winding up of ZDP Co and related amendment of the amounts payable in respect of the zero dividend preference shares issued by ZDP Co, the Company is pleased to note the announcement by ZDP Co that the resolutions proposed at the ZDP Class Meeting and the General Meeting of ZDP Co held earlier today were duly passed.
