Cambridge Solutions Limited - Result of Postal Ballot

Further to the announcement on Monday 13 June 2011, the shareholder postal ballot in respect of the sale and transfer of the BPO Division of Cambridge Solutions Limited ("Cambridge") to Xchanging plc has been conducted.

The Resolution has been approved by the Cambridge shareholders with the requisite majority vote being received.
