The bookbuilding process in connection with the placing (the "Placing") byJPMorgan Cazenove Limited ("JPMorgan Cazenove") on behalf of Invista EuropeanReal Estate Trust SICAF (the "Company"), of ordinary shares in the Company,which was announced on 3 April 2007, has now closed. An aggregate of 10,387,570 ordinary shares in the Company ("Placing Shares")(amounting to 10 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company) wereplaced in the Placing at a price of 220p per share.
